Abstract
This Executive Order establishes the National Biosafety Framework (NBF), prescribes guidelines for its implementation, and strengthens the National Committee on Biosafety of the Philippines.
The Executive Order further provides for the following: scope and objectives of the NBF; administrative framework and decision-making processes; general mandate on departments, offices and agencies; funding and transition.
