Abstract
This Executive Order creates the "National Anti-Environment Crime Task Force" (NAECTAF) under the Presidential Anti-Organized Crime Commission (PAOCC) to investigate and prosecute violations against environmental laws.
The Executive Order further provides for powers and functions of the NAECTAF; environmental crimes and violations covered by the powers and functions of the NAECTAF; coordinating instructions; and funding.
