Fisheries Administrative Order No. 36 establishing a closed season period for the gathering or killing of marine turtles, turtle eggs, or turtle shell.

This Order entrusts the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources with the authority to declare and establish a closed season for marine turtles, turtle eggs, or turtle shell.
A special permit to gather or kill marine turtles, turtle eggs, or turtle shells in any period may be granted for scientific, educational or propagation purposes subject to such conditions as said Secretary may deem wise to impose for the proper conservation and protection of these species.
