Abstract
This Order provides regulations on commercial fishing in Philippine waters including the license to operate a commercial fishing vessel, eligible persons to apply CFVGL and its application process, license renewal, inspection of fishing vessels and fishing gear, issuance of a gear license, validity of license, report on transfer of ownership, limitation on the transfer, lease or assignment of interest, international fishing permit and certificate of clearance, importation of fishing vessels and construction of new boats, book keepings and applicable fees. The Order further refers to the regulations on restriction on commercial fishing and taking of fish samples for examination. The Order consists of 34 Articles.
