Fisheries Office Order No. 220 Series of 2013 on Guidelines on the Recruitment and Selection of Fishery Law Enforcement - Quick Response Team (FLEQRT) Personnel.

This Order provides provision on the recruitment and selection of the Fishery Law Enforcement - Quick Response Team (FLEQRT) Personnel who will be at the forefront in rendering assistance to permanent employees in the enforcement of the fishery laws. The Order provides the general policies and the standards to be used in selection and hiring of a FLEQRT personnel including education, eligibility, experience, training, physical fitness test. A formal discussion between the employer and applicant in person in the form of interview shall be conducted for the recruitment purposes. The Order further provides guidelines in conducting the interview. This Order consists of 4 Articles and Article 4 refers to Panel of Evaluation.
