Abstract
The Act designates agricultural land within the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM) for export fruit plantations, particularly for crops like bananas and mangoes. The Regional Governor, with relevant departments' input, will identify suitable lands and oversee their allocation and utilization. The Act allows joint ventures and partnerships with private landowners, including flexible arrangements like leases and usufructs, ensuring compliance with constitutional land ownership limits. Incentives are provided to attract investors, both domestic and foreign. Investors must submit regular reports to ensure adherence to laws and regulations.
