Abstract
These implementing Rules and Regulations shall cover all establishments or entities and public or private premises that are likely to produce nuisances such as breeding places, animals and their carcasses, noxious matter or wastewater discharge and animal stockade. Establishments that are likely to produce a nuisance and/or engaged in offensive trades and occupations shall secure a sanitary permit issued by the local health officer. The Regulations provide for health certificate for personnel, sanitary facilities such as water supply, food and drinks and sewage disposal. The Regulations further provides for requirement to get sanitary permit for all establishments engaged in offensive trades and occupations and requirements for inspection. The Regulations consist of 17 Sections.
