Abstract
These Rules and Regulations, consisting of 26 Rules, establishes the Rules to prescribe manner, procedures and guidelines for the implementation of the PDRRM Act of 2010 , to facilitate compliance therewith, and achieve the objectives of the above mentioned Republic Act.
