Abstract
This Joint Memorandum Circular (JMC) shall be the guidelines and basis to streamline and harmonize various social amelioration programs to mitigate the socio-economic impact of the COVID-19 health crisis and the Enhanced Community Quarantine guidelines.
The JMC shall cover individuals, families, and communities affected by the COVID-19 as stipulated in this JMC. It provides guidelines for: cash assistance to rice farmers (rice farmer financial assistance), survival and recovery (sure) assistance program for marginalized, small farmers and fishers, recovery package for micro and small enterprises engaged in agriculture and fisheries food production, and other supply chain activities in accordance with the agripreneurship development fund/program of the ACPC, etc.
