Memorandum Circular No.01 Series of 2020. Unimpeded/unhindered access or movement of water utilities personnel and regulators.

Pursuant to Presidential Proclamation No.922 on declaring a State of Public Health Emergency throughout Philippines, exemptions are considered for the implementation of the Enhanced Community Quarantine (ECQ), specially wherein supply/delivery of water is included. This Memorandum Circular is enacted to ensure adequate water supply to individual households and the unhindered work of the personnel in water utilities/service providing units.
