Memorandum Circulation No. 006 Series of 2020 Clarification in the Implementation of Rules 13.8 and 14.18 of DENR Administrative Order No. 2005-10.

This Circular provides clarifications regarding Rules 13.8 and 14.18 of DENR Administrative Order No. 2005-10 with regard to the wastewater discharge fee that shall be paid by the operator of the wastewater treatment plant (WTP) located within ECOZONES and the permit exemption of pollution sources that are currently discharging to existing sewerage systems with operational wastewater treatment facilities. The Circular further provides clarifications on the Discharge Permit (DP), wastewater discharge fee, wastewater treatment plant (WTP) and wastewater charges and securing DP, and certificate of interconnection/connection.
