Memorandum Order No. 07 Series of 2020 lifting the Temporary ban on the Importation of Domestic and Wild Pigs and their products including Pork Meat and Semen originating from Czech Republic.

This Memorandum Order establishes the lifting the temporary ban on the the importation of domestic and wild pigs and their products including pork meat and semen originating from Czech Republic. The Secretary of the Department of Agriculture establishes that all import transaction of the above commodities shall be in accordance with existing rules and regulations of the Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Animal Industry and National Meat Inspection Service. All orders, rules and regulations or parts thereof which are inconsistent with the provisions of this order, are hereby repealed or amended accordingly.
