Abstract
The National Agricultural and Fisheries Mechanization Program (NAFMP) serves as a guide in the national planning, programming, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, and regulation of agricultural and fisheries mechanization programs and projects under the Agricultural and Fisheries Mechanization Law. The objectives of the NAFMP are promoting the local development and manufacture of agricultural and fisheries machinery by the private sector, support research by various institutions for development of fisheries machinery, establish quality and safety standards of fishery machineries, registration of ownership of agricultural and fisheries machinery and adapt certified agricultural and fishery machinery and productivity. This Memorandum is attached with the NAFMP Planning Framework that consists of 2 Sections as follow: NAFMP Planning Framework and Parameters (I); Calendar and Timetable of Activities for Updating of NAFMP (II).
