Specific objectives include ensuring quality cacao planting materials, rehabilitating aging trees, increasing production areas, raising crop yield to 2 kg per tree per year, providing high-quality fermented beans, and contributing to inclusive growth and poverty alleviation. The roadmap mission focuses on strengthening the industry by 2025 through improved production protocols, promoting cacao farming in suitable areas, fostering research and development, and mobilizing stakeholders for comprehensive support services aimed at poverty alleviation and economic development.
