Abstract
The guidelines allow for staggered payment of fines imposed for violations of the Clean Air Act (RA 8749) and Clean Water Act (RA 9275) during the community quarantine. Establishments can choose to pay fines in installments, depending on the amount owed, but must apply within 15 days of receiving the penalty notice. Fines for late filing of required reports are waived during the quarantine, but reports must still be submitted. The guidelines remain effective until the formal lifting of the community quarantine, and staggered payments must continue even after the resolution is lifted.

This Resolution shall take effect immediately after its publication in a newspaper of general circulation and upon acknowledgment of receipt of a copy thereof by the Office of the National Administration Registrar (ONAR), UP Law Center.
