Presidential Decree 442 Labor Code of the Philippines.

This Decree refers to Book Three of the Labor Code of the Philippines regarding conditions of employment. The Decree provides for working conditions and rest periods, administration and enforcement provisions. This Decree refers to Article 128 till 138 of the Labor Code related to the issues of visitorial and enforcement power, recovery of wages, simple money claims and other benefits, employment of women, night-work prohibition, facilities for women, maternity leave benefits, family planning services, prohibition of discrimination, stipulation against marriage, prohibited acts and classification of certain women workers.
