Abstract
The Decree provides for the establishment of an Exclusive Economic Zone of the Philippines of 200 nautical miles measured from the baselines (sect. 1) and claims sovereign rights of the Philippines with respect to exploitation and exploration of living and non-living resources in the Zone (sect. 2).
