Presidential Decree no. 1775 amending section eighty of Presidential Decree numbered seven hundred five, as amended, otherwise known as the "Revised Forestry Code of the Philippines".

Personnel of the Philippines Constabulary/ Integrated National Police are given the power to arrest offenders in the sense of the Forestry Code so to correct the lack of manpower of the forest officers corps and of the Forest Development Bureau.
