Abstract
The Department of Environment, Energy and Natural Resources is renamed Department of Environment and Natural Resources and consequently reorganized as the government agency responsible for the conservation, management, development, and use of the country’s environment and natural resources, i.e forest and pastures of the public domain, in order to promote the socio economic sustainable development of the country and its citizens.
