Abstract
The text provides for the reorganization of the clusters as follow: (a) Participatory Governance; (b) Infrastructure; (c) Human Development and Poverty Reduction; (d) Security, Justice and Peace; (e) Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation and Disaster Risk Reduction; and (f) Economic Development. The Order outlines goals and composition structure for each Cluster. Section 10 provides for performance and projects roadmap and Section 11 outlines cabinet cluster system secretariat.
