Republic Act No. 10621 providing for the establishment of a fish port and cold storage facility within the Province of Pampanga.

This Republic Act provides for the establishment of a fish port and cold storage facility within the Municipality of Sasmuan, within the Province of Pampanga. It decides the establishment under the supervision of the Department of Agriculture through the Philippine Fisheries Development Authority (PFDA), of a fish port and cold storage facility in the aboev mentioned Municipality. The PFDA, in coordination with the local government unit concerned, shall formulate the rules and regulations necessary for the effective implementation of this Act. The Secretary of Agriculture shall include in the Department’s programmes the establishment of said fish port and cold storage facility, the funding of which shall be included in the annual General Appropriations Act. The local government unit concerned shall set aside funds from any available local revenues in an amount deemed appropriate for its operationalization.
