Abstract
This Act amends the Agriculture and Fisheries Modernization Act (No. 8435).
The Act amends sections 109 and 112 which provide for: tax incentives to all enterprises engaged in agriculture and fisheries on the import of all types of agriculture and fisheries inputs, equipment and machinery; and for funds to support agriculture and fisheries modernization.
