Abstract
The text provides that the Pollution Adjudication Board (PAB) revised the guidelines to simplify the computation of fines for environmental violations, addressing the previously tedious process. The new guidelines ensure that fines for air, water, noise, and odor pollution are calculated separately and summed, with a maximum daily fine of P5,000 for each violation.The Resolution contains 5 Parts with respect to water pollution, air pollution, noise pollution, permit regulation violations, and violation of administrative orders/directors.
