Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of R.A. No. 6957, An Act Authorizing the Financing, Construction, Operation and Maintenance of Infrastructure Projects by the Private Sector, and for Other Purposes, as Amended by R.A. No. 7718.

This Act is enacted to implement Republic Act No. 6957 as amended by Republic Act No. 7718.
Eligible types of projects projects, which are normally financed and operated by the public sector which will now be wholly or partly financed, constructed and operated by the private sector, include: Irrigation and related facilities; Water supply, sewerage, drainage, and related facilities; Education and health infrastructure; Land reclamation, dredging, flood control projects, and other related development facilities; Agri-fishery industrial hubs, agribusiness facilities, agricultural research facilities, agricultural estates, agrilogistics systems, contract farming, and related facilities; Environmental and solid waste management related facilities such as but not limited to collection equipment, composting plants, landfill and tidal barriers, among others; Climate change adaptation and mitigation and disaster risk reduction and management infrastructure projects and related facilities; etc.
