Revised Rules of the Pollution Adjudication Board on Pleading, Practice and Procedure in Pollution Cases (Resolution No. I-C Series of 1997).

These rules apply to all pollution cases under Presidential Decree No. 984, as handled by the Board, Regional Offices, Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Offices of the Department (PENRO), or Community Environment and Natural Resources Offices of the Department (CENRO), pursuant to Executive Order No. 192. The proceedings are intended to be summary, fair, and efficient, with a flexible application of rules to ensure just, speedy, and inexpensive resolutions. The text provides for jurisdiction and authority; complaints; hearing offices; technical conference; hearing of the cases; and orders and decisions.
