Abstract
These Rules and Regulations provide for the registration, operation and resolution of conflicts of Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association (RWSA).
A Rural Waterworks and Sanitation Association (RWSA), shall mean a non-stock, non-profit cooperative association organized and/or registered with the Local Water Utilities Administration (LWUA). All duly registered RWSAs shall continue as such and those to be organized shall register with LWUA in accordance with the provisions of Executive Order No. 577, as amended, in order to be entitled to the powers, rights and privileges accorded by the said Executive Order. The Rules and Regulations further maks provisions for: duties and responsibilities of the RWSA, duties and responsibilities of the member-consumer, application for water service, water tariff, conflicts between RWSAs, etc.
