Transferring The National Irrigation Administration From The Office Of The President To The Department Of Agriculture (Executive Order No. 168 Series of 2022).

The text provides that the National Irrigation Administration (NIA) is transferred from the Office of the President (OP) to the Department of Agriculture (DA). The Governance Commission for Government-Owned or Controlled Corporations (GCG) is directed to study the reorganization of the NIA Board of Directors and submit recommendations to the OP.
