Agricultural Pesticides (Amendment) Rules 1990 (S.R.O. No. I of 1990).

The Agricultural Pesticides Rules of 1973 are amended by adding rule 11 A on the licensing of dealers and vendors of pesticides. Further amendments concern the forms Nos. 12, 13 and 14 regarding the application for the registration as a dealer or a vendor of agricultural pesticides, the certificate of registration for dealer or vendor of agricultural pesticides and the application for renewal of certificate of registration as a dealer or vendor of agricultural pesticides, respectively.
