Balochistan Local Government (Amendment) Act, 2015.

This Act is enacted further to amend the Balochistan Local Government Act, 2010 (Act No. V of 2010, hereinafter refer to as the said Act).
The Act amends Section 2, 10, 18 and 27 of the said Act. In the said Act, in Section 12, in the heading, for the words “peasants, professionals and social workers” the words “and peasants” shall be inserted. In the said Act, in section 18 the words “or the Election Commission” shall be omitted. In the said Act, in section 27 for the words “prescribed authority in such manner as the Government may direct” the words “Election Commission” shall be substituted.
