Abstract
This Act disapplies the Punjab Minor Canals Act, 1905 and applies the canal and Drainage Act, 1873 to the III Lora Canal of Bannu District ("the Lora Canal and the areas irrigated by it"). All notifications prescribing the occupier's rates to be charged in the areas irrigated by the Lora Canal shall remain valid, this change of law nothwistanding.
