Abstract
This Act amends the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994.
In the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994, in section 2, for clause (c), the following shall be substituted:- “(c) “coastal areas” means the coastal areas of the Districts Thatta, Sujawal and Badin as may be notified by Government;”. In addition, the amendments are made in Section 2 and Section 5.
