Abstract
This Act amends Articles 2, 30 and 34 of the Sindh Act No. XVII of 2015 on consumer protection. The amendments introduce changes including the establishment of a Consumer Court, clarification of terms such as "complaint" and "claim," and adjustments to terminology regarding legal proceedings. Additionally, the jurisdiction for consumer protection cases is shifted from the Sindh High Court to District and Sessions Courts.
