Abstract
This Act is enacted to provide relief to people of Sindh in an emergency situation arising due to widespread Covid-19 disease
The relief shall be provided to the affected people as prescribed in the Section 3, including: 1. the landlord shall defer or suspend the total recovery of the fifty percent of the total rent of the premises; 2. the Government may provide exemption to the taxes, fees, duties, charges in a manner as notified by the Government; 3.the relief shall be provided to all residential consumers in the monthly bills of water and sewerage as per Schedule-II; etc.
