Abstract
The Enforcement of Women's Property Rights (Amendment) Act, 2021 has been enacted to amend the Enforcement of Women's Property Rights Act, 2020 (XII of 2020). The amendment introduces a new sub-section (4) in Section 5, allowing individuals aggrieved by the Ombudsman's decision to make representations to the President within thirty days, who may then issue appropriate orders as deemed fit.
