Abstract
These Rules are enacted in accordance with the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act, 1997 (XXXIV of 1997).
“Tribunal” mentioned in the Rules means Environment Tribunal established under subsection(1) of section 20 of the Pakistan Environmental Protection Act and includes a Bench.
The Rules provide for the term of office of chairperson and members of the Tribunal, qualification of members, staff of the Tribunal, etc.
