Abstract
This Act amends the Forest Act, 1927 in its application to the Province of Sindh.
Amendments include: minor word changes to section 67; substitution of subsection (3) of section 68 with a new subsection on powers of Forest Officers; insertion of different cattle and amount of fines in section 71; and insertion of a new section 79A on requisition of police assistance.
