Greater Lahore Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Ordinance, 1967.

This Ordinance provides for the execution of the Greater Lahore Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Project.
The Project shall be executed and administered by the Lahore Improvement Trust as provided for in sections 3 and 4. The Trust shall implement the Project through the Greater Lahore Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Committee (sect. 5). For the purposes of the execution of the Project the Trust shall maintain a Water Supply, Sewerage and Drainage Fund (sect. 7). The Trust Lahore Improvement, to meet the cost of the Project, shall impose rates, fees and charges for water, sewer and drainage from time to time (sect. 8). The Lahore Improvement Trust shall acts as a Municipal Committee for the purposes of this Ordinance, and the Government shall be the Controlling Authority (sects. 9 and 10). (10 sections)
