Abstract
This Act provides for restrictions on, and requirements for, the slaughter of cattle.
The Act also provides for: powers of veterinary officers to decide which are useful cattle and prohibit their slaughter; powers of prescribed authorities to seize any cattle or carcasses which have been or are about to be slaughtered in contravention to these provisions; penalties; etc.
