Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Food Safety Authority (Amendment) Act, 2017.

The Act refers to change the name of the “Food Safety Authority” to "Food Safety and Halal Food Authority”, and provides a description on the duties of this authority. Further amendments include changes in the preamble of the Act, added context in the definitions including reference to "Halal" and other amendments that are provided with regard to the “National Accreditation Body”, "National Standards Body”, their structure and board members.
