Land Acquisition (Sindh Amendment) Act, 2019.

The Land Acquisition (Sindh Amendment) Act, 2019 has been enacted to amend the Land Acquisition Act, 1894, specifically in its application to the Province of Sindh. The amendment includes the insertion of a new clause in section 3 of the 1894 Act, referring to the position of Assistant Commissioner BPS-16. Additionally, in section 23 of the same Act, a modification is made by inserting the words "and section 23 of Act Collector" after the word "Court."
