Abstract
These Rules regulate the distribution and use of natural gas.
Corporations engaged in the transmission, distribution and use of natural gas shall apply for a licence to the Authority as provided for in the Rules. A licensee shall not make any major alteration to the transmission or distribution lines, or discontinue the supply of gas unless authorized by the Authority. The Authority shall also be responsible for fixing the rates for the supply of gas.
