Abstract
This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the North-West Frontier Province Forest Development Corporation and defines its internal organization and composition.
Functions of the Corporation include those of making suitable arrangements for: economic and scientific exploitation of forests; sale of forest produce; establishment of primary wood-processing units; etc.
The Ordinance further establishes a Corporation Fund.
