Abstract
This Ordinance provides for the establishment of the Pakistan Atomic Energy Commission for the promotion of the peaceful uses of atomic energy in the fields of agriculture, medicine and industry, and for the execution of development projects involving nuclear power stations and the generation of electric power.
The Ordinance further provides for the composition of the Commission, for the establishment of a special fund for the Commission, etc.
