Abstract
This Act is enacted to establish a Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority so as to provide for the standardization and quality control services.
The Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority shall be established. The Board of Directors shall in discharging its functions act on sound principles of standardization, quality control, testing and metrology.
