Abstract
This Ordinance amends the Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act, 1958.
Amendments include: the insertion in section 2 of the definition of “Deputy Chairman”; the insertion, after the word “Chairman”, of the comma and words “,Deputy Chairman” in sections 4, 5, 6, 7, 19 and 20; substitution of subsection (1A) of section 17 with a new subsection on the employment of officers and servants by the Authority; and the insertion of a new section 17A.
