Abstract
This Regulation provides for the conservation and management of forests in certain Provincially Administered tribal Areas of the Hazara Division.
The Regulation prohibits the extraction of timber and other forest produce in specified areas unless authorized by the Government. Further provisions deal with the disposal of timber and forest produce by the Government if they are not collected by the owner.
