The Government shall establish the Punjab Agricultural Research Board (sect. 2). The Board shall take measures as it deems necessary for the promotion, development and conduct of agricultural research in the Punjab Province (sect. 3). Sections 4-15 deal with the following matters: composition of the Board; supervision of the government; business of the Board; the Board's Chief Executive; committees; budget, audits and accounts, etc. (16 sections)
