Abstract
These Rules are enacted tin accordance with the Punjab Environmental Protection Act, 1997 (No. XXXIV of 1997).
The powers and functions of the Tribunal may be exercised or performed by a Bench of Tribunal. The Rules further provide for qualifications of Members of the Tribunal, transfer of cases, staff of the Tribunal, etc.
