Abstract
This Ordinance consists of 11 sections. Any individual interested in raising certified seeds and fruit plants may apply to the competent authority for a registration certificate as provided for in section 4. Rights and obligations of registered growers are outlined in section 5. The competent authority shall inspect seeds, fruit plants, etc. of registered growers and may certify them to be of high quality (sect. 6). Provisions on the sale and distribution of certified seeds, fruit plants and nursery plants are given in section 7. The remaining sections contain penal provisions, and powers of the competent authorities.
