Sindh Coastal Development Authority (Amendment) Act, 2015 (SINDH ACT NO. XXIV OF 2015).

This Act amends the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994.
In the Sindh Coastal Development Authority Act, 1994, hereinafter referred to as the said Act, in section 2, for clause (c), the following shall be substituted:- “(c) “coastal areas” means the coastal areas of the Districts Thatta, Sujawal and Badin as may be notified by Government;”. In the said Act, in section 5, in sub-section (1), for clause (b) and (c), the following shall be substituted:- “(b) Deputy Commissioners of Districts Thatta, Sujawal and Badin; (c) three Members of the Provincial Assembly of Sindh one each from Districts Thatta, Sujawal and Badin to be nominated by the Chief Minister;”.
